HISTORY
The urbanisation was created in the early eigthies. All together there are about 74 units of different types, about half of them are permantly occupied. It is a very international community, besides Spanish the people are from Belgium, France, England, Schotland, Ireland, South Africa, Germany, United States, Norway etc.
The community has a community pool which is known as one of the most beautifull of the area of Marbella. and is fully renovated in 2022.

The admistrator of the community is Advisur
Although the community is very well maintained, the community fees are one of the lowest in the area.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The community has access to all the necessary infrastructure. Drinking water is provided by Acosol, High speedInternet acces is available through glassfiber or satelite.
Different powersuppliers are available
The illuminated streets are in good condition.
