lIVING ROOM AREA
The living area is open plan and consists of a dining area, sitting room, guest toilet and office. The big sliding windows (klimalit glas!) offer a 270 degree view to the mountains, lake , Mediterranean , Gibraltar and the African Coast. The open gasfire makes it a very comfortble area in wintertime. The whole aera has hot/cold airconditioning.
The open plan kitchen on the upper floor is renovated and fully equiped (dishwasher, combi oven, cooking plate and refrigerator).
The utilty room on the lower floor has room for a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator etc, and an access to the pathway to the carport.
On the lower floor there are two en suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, both are renovated early 2003. All the waterpipes are new and a decalcificator is filtering the water. An electric hot water boiler of 90 liters is installed.
Each bedroom has build in wardrobes which are new and in Aluminium. Both rooms have a hot/cold airco (New installed in 2020). A third room can be used as a supplementary bedroom if needed.
