lIVING ROOM AREA

The living area is open plan and consists of a dining  area, sitting room and office. The big sliding windows (klimalit glas!) offer a 270 degree view to the mountains, lake , Mediterranean , Gibraltar and the African Coast.  The open gasfire makes it a very comfortble area in wintertime. The whole aera has  hot/cold airconditioning.

The open plan kitchen on the upper floor is renovated and fully equiped  (dishwasher, combi oven, cooking plate and refrigerator).

The utilty room on the lower floor  has room for a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator etc, and an access to the pathway to the carport.

BATHROOMS

On the lower floor there are two en suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, both are renovated early 2003. All the waterpipes are new and  a decalcificator is filtering the water. An electric hot water boiler of 90 liters is installed.

BEDROOMS

 Each bedroom has build in wardrobes which are new and in Aluminium. Both rooms have a hot/cold airco (New installed in 2020). A third room can be used as a  supplementary bedroom if needed.

GARDENS/TERRACES/CARPORT

The large garden has a direct  private access to the beautifull community pool. Four terraces are situated in different areas. One with a wooden deck and pergola. You always will find a shady or sunny area to relax. All the gardens are equiped with an automatic irrigation system. You will find lemon trees, orange trees and algaroba trees surrounded by many flowers. From the terraces you have amazing views  to the La Concha mountain, the Meditarranean, Gibraltar and the African Coast.

The garden area is very private, quiet, and  directly connected to the carport.

Part of the land between the plot and the pool is owned by the townhall, green area and in use by the owners of the house for more then 35 years. This increases the green area around the house.
